Shipping

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. We make every effort to ship orders quickly, but some orders may take additional time for packaging, or order review. We will contact you when your order has shipped.

Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but this might incur additional shipping charges.

We work exclusively with UPS. With N+1 Bikes being located in Louisville, KY, a UPS Worldwide hub is available to ship your new bike very quickly through their U.S. network.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Returns

Thank you for shopping at N+1 Bikes. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best experience possible. Please review our refund policy below:

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

  • Non-stock, special orders, and custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds after the order is placed.
  • If we choose to refund non-eligible items, a 10% fee plus any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For all bike orders, a 3% credit card processing fee for order cancellations will be applied, in addition to any other terms and conditions.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at shaun@n1bike.com. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. Payment Options

At N+1 Bikes, we offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.

PayPal: You can securely pay for your order using your PayPal account. Simply select the PayPal option at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Apple Pay: If you have an Apple device, you can use Apple Pay for a quick and seamless checkout experience. Look for the Apple Pay option during checkout and authorize the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's passcode.

Venmo: Pay through Venmo where you can contact us directly to process payment. Call us at 502-718-7246.

Synchrony Credit Applications: We now offer the option to apply for synchrony credit to facilitate your purchase. Please submit your application, and upon approval, you can make your payment over the phone by calling 502-718-7246.
