Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with a product you purchased from us, we’re here to help.
General Return Guidelines
30-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Eligibility: Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Restocking Fees (applied to all non-defective returns):
Complete Bikes & E-Bikes (0 miles ridden): 15%
Bike Racks, Frames, and Items Over 50 lbs: 15%
All Other Products: 12%
Used or Installed Products: Returns received in used or installed condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee or may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Labor Charges: Labor fees (e.g., custom wheel builds, shop services) are non-refundable.
Processing Fees: Orders purchased online are subject to 3% CC fee if cancelled if the item doesn't ship to customer.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be new and unused, with no signs of use or installation.
Include all original manufacturer packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories.
Be returned in a shipping box (not just the product packaging).
Include the original order number in the return package.
In-store purchases must be returned to the original location of purchase.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may ship using your preferred carrier (UPS Ground or insured USPS – no CODs) or request a prepaid return label from us. If you use our label, the following flat-rate shipping fees will be deducted from your refund:
Complete Bikes: $139.99
Bike Racks, Frames, and Wheelsets: $44.99
All Other Items: $9.99
These rates apply only to returns within the continental U.S.
Bike & Frame Return Policy
Please contact us before returning a bike or frame.
Bikes and frames are only eligible for return if they meet all of the following:
The item is in new, unridden, unused condition
There is no dirt, wear, or installation marks on any part of the bike or frame
E-bikes must have 0 miles on the odometer
No aftermarket parts or upgrades are installed
Frames must not have components installed (e.g., headset, bottom bracket)
Custom-built bikes and upgraded builds are not eligible for return
If a bike or frame is returned and shows signs of use, riding, or installation, we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee or ship the item back to you at your expense.
Return Process & Timing
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after arriving at our warehouse.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
If your return is ineligible, it will be returned to you at your cost.
Refund Timelines by Payment Method:
Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
International Cards: Up to 30 business days
PayPal: 7–10 business days
