We make online bike shopping easy, seamless, and stress-free! Here’s why:
Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 within the continental U.S., including fully assembled bikes!
Tubeless Setup Included: All Pivot, Ibis, Santa Cruz, high-end Cannondale, Enve, and Yeti bikes are shipped with a tubeless setup using Stan’s Sealant. Surly Brand Bikes and other box brands not mentioned above come shipped with tubes installed. These brands are drop shipped 90-95% assembled.
Flawless, Ready-to-Ride Bikes: With over 2,000 bikes shipped annually, we guarantee your bike will arrive in perfect condition, fully assembled, and ready to ride.
Suspension Setup Just for You: Mention your weight at checkout, and we’ll set up your bike’s suspension before shipping for a truly custom ride experience.
Fast Shipping Nationwide: Thanks to our location in Louisville, KY, near a UPS Worldwide Hub, your bike can ship quickly through UPS or FedEx’s U.S. network.
We can ship to Hawaii or Alaska: Hawaii and Alaska bikes ship with additional charge. Charge is set up for additional cost to ship a bike. If purchasing parts the total can be reduced.
Bike Assembly: All our bikes are built from the frame to complete, set up tubeless with suspension set to weight when requested. When your bike arrives it will come fully assembled and you will just need to pop front wheel on and attach handlebars. We have a 5 min YouTube Video that we will send with tracking information that will guide you through this. This will exclude the Surly bikes that are 90-95% assembled.

Oversized items — including bicycles and certain electric bikes — may ship via freight or specialized services.

Residential delivery fees may apply
Delivery appointments may be scheduled by the carrier
Bicycles may arrive partially assembled and require final assembly by a qualified technician.

Certain products (such as lithium-ion batteries or e-bikes) may be subject to:

Ground-only shipping
